Specific Requirements Checklist

    Motivation letter, CV / Resume, Certificates of work experience.
  • Language
    English language proficiency is mandatory if english is not your official language. Acceptable tests: IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent. Must be valid and submitted by deadline, or English Grade C or above.

    GMAT/GRE required for certain Business and Economics programmes.
  • Portfolio
    Required for Art & Design programmes.

Evaluation & Decisions

Only complete applications are evaluated based on programme-specific criteria. Admission results will be published within less than a week of submitting application.

Waiting List Procedure

Places on the waiting list may be offered until 26 June 2026.

After Being Admitted

  • Accept the offer by the stated deadline (23 April 2026).
  • Submit certified documents (19 June or 21 August 2026).
  • Pay tuition fees (if applicable).
  • Complete enrolment and orientation.

No, there is no application fee to apply to Kestora University. Processing your application is completely free of charge.

If English is not your official language, you must prove your proficiency. We accept official tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent.

Alternatively, a high school or previous degree taught fully in English, or a Grade C or above in English from recognised high school equivalents, can satisfy the requirement.

Yes, you can include up to two programmes in a single application form. You will need to rank them by preference. You only need to submit one application form.

Yes. If you meet the criteria but a programme is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. Available places from the waiting list will be offered until 26 June 2026.
